Al Khobar Entertainment Complex (138,500 m2)
The Entertainment Centre, (EC) is the central component of the wider Seven Khobar Waterfront Masterplan which will activate 3km of water front when fully developed. The development accommodates 42,900sqm of entertainment, leisure and F+B offerings including educational attractions such as the Aquarium and the 60m high Ferris wheel it will create a dynamic addition to the waterfront skyline.
The Aquarium is the focal point of the development and combined with the large scale internal and external event spaces and extensive public realm the development will become both a destination and amenity for the city and wider region. The EC will provide both the city and the region with an asset that will provide a rich and diverse series of attractions and amenities that will truly activate and maximise the use of this key stretch of waterfront.
