Wadi Safar - Faena Hotel (64,500 m2)
The project is the development of a new Ultra Luxury Hotel with direct panoramic views of the 27 hole Greg Norman golf course and Wadi. The Hotels program proposes 130 hotel keys , two restaurants, and a Spa offering and will target guests seeking luxury leisure and relaxation experiences with a desert flavor. In addition to the Hotel, it is intended to include 20 branded residential villas with in the same development.
The Faena Hotel site is located in the heart of Wadi Safar, on a hill, and is connected to Diriyah
through the main road network the site is positioned to offer interesting panoramic views of the golf course and valley in it's surrounds.
